In 2017, the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium initiated the largest and most significant fundraising goal of $38 million in philanthropic support for the Zoo to meet our greatest, mission-based needs and achieve the vision we set forth for the future of the Columbus Zoo. We continue to be entirely grateful for everyone who has supported that campaign and joined us to date in this legacy-level and transformational effort.

The Connecting People and Wildlife campaign funded our priority areas of Education & Access, Wildlife Conservation, Habitat Transformation, and the Jack & Suzi Hanna Fund. While the campaign is set to run through 2025, we are enormously pleased to announce more than $37 million has been raised to date through the support of generous individuals, foundations, and corporations in our community.

Here are some of the current highlights of the campaign that are bringing us that much closer to our goal and ultimate vision.
