Guidelines
- One appearance includes two 20-minute performances with a 20-minute break in-between performances
- Event venues must have a dedicated private changing room (not a bathroom) for Character Ambassadors
- Requests must be made at least one month in advance
- All appearances are subject to weather conditions
- The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium reserves the right to substitute the requested character at any time and will notify the hosting organization ahead of time when possible
