As the temperature dips, the cold takes a toll on our skin. You can fight the effects of Jack Frost by following these tips:
- Make moisture mandatory by prioritizing moisturizing your skin.
- Use sunscreen! The sun might be hiding, but UV rays can still penetrate your skin. Look for a moisturizer or sun screen with a sun protection factor of 30.
- Protect your fingers, nose and ears. Any skin that is constantly exposed to the cold will be affected – especially your hands.
