Responsibilities
- Answers phone calls and emails in relation to all Zoo departments while providing exceptional customer service.
- May work in gate, guest relations, rentals, ticket booth and/or parking booth areas of the admissions department.
- Communicates clearly all policies and entry requirements to guests
Qualifications
- 15 years of age or older.
- Must be able to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and via email.
- Computer knowledge/skills.
