Have you ever wondered why bats hang upside down?
Because bats hang upside down in tree tops and ceilings of caves, they can safely avoid predators. (A bat's circulatory system is designed to prevent blood from rushing to its head!)
Bats hang upside down nearly all the time, including when they eat, drink, and socialize.
