Know Before You Go
- This experience is not ADA-accessible. The terrain for the tour is uneven and includes cement, dirt, and sand. Closed-toed shoes are highly recommended.
- Up to five guests on each tour.
- Admission to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is required and not included.
- Opportunities for photos are limited to specific locations of the tour. Your guide will indicate when photos are permitted.
- The experience is in a behind the scenes location and is only accessible to paid guests on the tour.
- Guests must be at least five years old. Guests ages 5-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Groups will be combined for a tour if needed.
- Please note that once you have booked an experience, you have secured your exclusive reservation. If you do not attend on your scheduled date, or if you cancel within 48 hours of your tour date, no refunds will be issued.
