Witness the meticulous care they receive, from training and enrichment to their specialized nutrition. After an exclusive tour of the Keeper area, you will get to step inside the habitat to get an up-close view of a Koala! 

Know Before You Go

• Up to four guests per tour
• Admission to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is required and not included.
• Opportunities for photos are limited to specific locations of the tour. Your guide will indicate when photos are permitted. 
• The experience is in a behind the scenes location and is only accessible to paid guests on the tour. 
• Guests must be at least five years old. Guests ages 5-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. 
• Groups will be combined for a tour if needed. 
• This experience requires standing and walking. Persons with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact us at 614-645-3400 prior to booking this tour. 
• Please note that once you have booked an experience, you have secured your exclusive reservation. If you do not attend on your scheduled date, or if you cancel within 48 hours of your tour date, no refunds will be issued.
