As a protected species returning to their ecosystem, you will not interact with the Manatees.

Know Before You Go
- Admission to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is required and not included.
- Guests must be 10 years of age. All guests ages 10 through 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult (18 years of age or older). Children under 10 are not permitted on this experience.
- Groups will be combined for a tour of up to 4 guests.
- This experience is in a behind-the-scenes location that is only accessible to paid guests on the tour.
- Opportunities for photos are limited to specific locations of the tour. Your guide will indicate when photos are permitted. Photos are not permitted in behind-the-scenes areas.
- Manatees are protected animals and interactions are prohibited by law.
- This experience includes areas with wet slippery floors. This tour requires standing, walking, and using stairs. Close-toed shoes are recommended.
- This experience is not ADA accessible. Some areas visited during this experience have high levels of background noise.
- Please note that once you have booked an experience, you have secured your exclusive reservation. If you do not attend on your scheduled date or if you cancel within 48 hours of your tour date, no refunds will be issued.
