Three flamingo chicks were recently born at the Columbus Zoo, and we want you to help us celebrate!

August 19, 2026, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Dive into the depths of the oceans!

Explore the rocky coastline and discover animals that call different bodies of water "home" at the Shores and Aquarium. Then, slither over to the historic Reptile Building and snake your way through the different regions of the world where lizards, turtles, and other reptiles live.

Stubby is our resident foster mom to calves from Florida going through rehabilitation. She has helped raise over 30 manatees before they were re-released!

Many areas of the Shores and Aquarium region feature several different animal species, like stingrays who like to shimmy along the glass in front of Zoo guests.
